What do you mean by "fully adopted"

Most people simply don't invest.

Gold has been around forever yet most of us have never thought to invest in it. I've never met anyone who does. It's pretty niche.

It's entirely possible bitcoin investment will remain niche.

We just don't know.

No one has to buy gold, or bitcoin or any such asset.

The vast majority of people have almost no savings at all., more worried about rent and food. That's not going to change anytime soon.
