I'm on the extreme end where I struggle to find balance. If I'm maxing out my investing than I feel guilty for not leaving a little money aside to enjoy things and if I enjoy things with my money I feel guilty for not investing more.

I have to kinda laugh at myself as I struggle to find balance in just about anything I do. It's usually push till burnout, slack off for a while and than start pushing again when the guilt sets in.
