The thing is, there are huge data centers being built in the DMV area and new natural gas burning energy facilities coming online. So there will be increased demand for NG due to AI data centers that will further increase demand out of the Appalachian Basin. Which doesn’t get exported. There is also a pipeline already functioning to serve these new facilities.

So it leads me to believe that at current demand, these funds are over valued but won’t be going forward.
