So, many kind folks on this very sub warned me that Greenwald was just cashing in on his newfound rightwing base - but I didn't want to believe them.

Now this: a ZeroHedge "no holds barred" debate also featuring Alex Jones.

Suffice to say, I won't be mentioning Greenwald in polite company again.

To those who warned me, sorry for not listening.

This is not to say that everything Greenwald says is wrong - but apparently he doesn't care about actually convincing anyone who doesn't already agree with him. So as far as journalism goes - that's a fail.

Or am I way off base here?
