It's already starting to be suicide-inducing. A company I briefly worked for 2 years ago wanted timesheets down to the 15 minutes. My weekly timesheet took over an hour to fill out, with some 70 entries, taking over 300 clicks (yes I counted). There was no option for "miscellaneous" time, and no option to be less than 40 hours. I just starting making up times and didn't care if they added up past 40, 50 or 60. Whatever.

They changed Teams Inactive status to *5 minutes*. Looking at a piece of code thinking about what to do was enough. And of course, Teams being the absolute pile of shit it is, would stop sending me Teams notifications, so if I was waiting for a long process to complete, and using another machine to the side, my teammates are trying to get a hold of me, and I'm not getting anything. I tried the MouseMove apps out there, but Teams has code to bypass those. So I wrote my own, specifically for Teams.

Complaining about this (and other mess) drastically hampering my productivity fell on deaf ears, until I left. Then it was all "What's wrong?!", as if they hadn't heard about it for the last 6 months.
