Hi, I'm a UK user and I staked my ETH on Binance a few years ago (3 ETH), the staking has ended, some time ago, now i'm not sure what to do with it (3.3 WBETH), as i can't withdraw money from Binance i need to send it to another exchange such as Kraken or Coinbase, but i don't think they can receive WBETH, i've seen people refer to redeeming for ETH but i can't see that option anywhere, if i convert to ETH i would have to pay Capital gains, as its a crypto to crypto transaction in their eyes?

Whats the best thing to do here?
