Ah yes, it's Israel's fault that Gaza's civil government is administered by a group who could give a shit about basic functions like service delivery. They've outsourced their job to keep their own people alive to the UN. There is no attempt to secure or protect civilians, yet Hamas is still fighting. All the death and pain and sorrow sown to yield bitter fruit. No Israel wasn't at fault for destroying Gaza until 10/8.

What part of crimes are crimes are crimes and no one has a right to commit crime do you see space justifying those actions, on any level? Per the ICC prosecutors, they believe war crimes amounting to crimes against humanity have been committed against both Israelis by Hamas, and Gazans, by various parts of the Israeli govt. I support trials.
