Different. Less than ideal. Not unlivable or destroyed.

With proper adaptive strategies - more earth shelter housing, adaption to changing growing conditions, less globalized economies, abandonment of areas with dangerous weather patterns, life goes on. It’s a different life, might lack some of the high standard of living in the current western world. But, likely still superior to the 19th century.

Or you don’t think about that and keep trying to push this carbon free but otherwise unchanged future. I just don’t find it realistic anymore.
