I am unclear about the release of ChatGPT 4o in its full form, including multimedia chat. I understand that it will be released gradually (how gradually?) to Plus version users, I understand that the app requires pretty powerful phone or tablet terminal, I guess Androd 13 or IOS 16 minimum?
