That was a perfect synopsis. I think they really did used to be a bit nicer. But over the last 5-10 years Targets have gotten shittier and shittier. They’ve been squeezed and squeezed by the MBA fucks steering the company. At this point I think Targets are worse than Walmarts. Target can get fucked, I won’t ever go back.

Prime example - I was thinking I’d like a bit nicer sunglasses than what I normally get at Walmart, but still don’t want to pay Ray Ban money. Fucking nope, the sunglasses in Target were actually worse than what you can get at Walmart…..but somehow also cost more than Walmart Foster Grants.
