I also don't think anyone can do much about this. If you think of voices as colors, each with an RGB value or a hex code, and you can somehow reduce a voice's properties to a specific code, small adjustments to that code will produce voices similar to the original. So, in a sense, you can create many different but similar voices to a certain person's. In that case, it's not the same voice anymore. If you can't prove malice and the voice is "technically" different, I don't know what can be done about it.
