I think you may be confused about how blue slips work. The lion's share of Biden's district judges have been in blue states, so only the state's two Dem senators have to give a blue slip. And they are giving blue slips for very good liberal judges.
True, a few moderate Merrick Garland-type judges have been confirmed in red states (such as [Eric Schulte](https://vettingroom.org/2024/02/12/eric-schulte/), who we just confirmed in South Dakota), but I consider even those appointments a win.
