ChatGPT itself cannot make images.

It has always used Dall-E to do so by sending a prompt to it.

I looked into the prompts it was sending Dall-E, and the glitches with regards to certain numbers and locations of objects in relation to other objects in the scene and the direction objects are facing, looks like an issue on Dall-E's server end, whatever text or language models are being used by Dall-E are not up to scratch compared to the language understanding or comprehension of ChatGPT 4.
