There is a concerted effort to feed disinformation and apathy to voters in this country. And on top of that is a significant amount of disenfranchisement efforts by making it more difficult to vote in as many ways as possible - like closing polling centers, gerrymandering, demonizing mail-in voting, and criminalizing offering *water* to people in long polling lines.

Blaming voters for the crimes of the rich is the same as putting the burden of recycling and environmental consciousness on the individual while ignoring the massive environmental impact massive corporations have compared to an individual.
