Even if, and that's a big IF, MS retracts this 'feature' - we should now know these big tech companies are all spearheading towards AI and they don't give two rats asses about our privacy.

Only 2 ways they will be affected is if we move to an alternative - LINUX in this case, or we make enough noise wherever possible(like in the case of helldivers 2 PSN controversy). With the latter the company just delays the inevitable. I am 10000% sure Sony will do this shit tactic again.
