If the option is stay :In my experience when war , power grids and communication networks are the first to be hit. Unless we find a way to transfer bitcoin with short-range radio (and hopefully those radios don't reveal your position).

If you do choose to evacuate , how do you make sure bitcoin are accepted there and internet are running? If they don't what are the other option?. In Evacuation one may bribe local authorities to have safe passage, do you think you always get electricity and internet connection to transfer your btc to them during travel?
