I was charged for chatGPT plus 5 days ago. Did not receive plus. I've been following the instructions on this page: [https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7232895-how-do-i-request-a-refund-for-chatgpt-plus](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7232895-how-do-i-request-a-refund-for-chatgpt-plus)

I've been getting the run around. One reply said "I've looked into the issue you're having with ChatGPT Plus subscription, but I won't be able to solve it without some help from a colleague.". Then stopped replying.

The next chat asked me to reset my cache/cookies, then stopped replying.

Then I tried to get a refund with the proof from my bank account of the purchase, and nobody even looked at my message. That was over 24 hours ago.

I just emailed [support@openai.com](mailto:support@openai.com) and i got an automatic reply that the email does not give support so....
