FWIW - I'd totally be interested (though maybe not at that price - I'd have to turn using those services into a full time job in order to justify it), but mostly because I like data. I've experimented with various sleep quality sensors etc. never really been in a position to get random blood work, but would be really curious what various diets do to various blood test results. (Vegan, keto, all red meat all the time). It's not a high anxiety thing, it's just curiosity. Also, if you can turn it into some sort of score card - lots of people will make a game out of maximizing their score. (You see it in driving with eco scores, for instance - why not a blood work score?)

I can also see it being interesting for serious athletes. A lot of training routines have some build phase and some recover phase (6 weeks on, week of rest, repeat types of things) and timing those things can be optimized with more detailed testing than most people have available. Depending on what else they offer - there could be some fun things to learn, like getting accurate VO2 readings during an aerobic workout.

Most of the people I know who would be interested aren't rich jerks who worry, they're rich nerds who love numbers and are curious.
