I was literally in the same boat in summer of 2022. My lump sum was also pretty close to yours. I took the lump sum and put it in my traditional IRA. I don’t recall if it can be moved to 401k, you can check with your plan.

My logic is, even at 6% return, after 25/30 yrs, this money will be bigger than what pension was offering me. Take lump dumpster and put it in sp500 or total market fund/etf and forget
