Liberal democracy appears to be a failure from a cultural standpoint. Every country on earth with this system is incapable of breeding fast enough to sustain a civilization. Eventually a group of humans with high fertility rate will emerge.

I’d be willing to bet they will be some form of religious fundamentalists. I think societies based on religious fundamentalism are not good for the QOL of the majority of its subjects. So I fear for the future of my grandchildren.
