Parody has exemptions most of the time, however this wasn't a parody intended to be a humorous play on the style, but rather, an attempt to imitate while using lyrics intended to sell a product, not merely entertain.

The initial attempt to have ScarJo license her voice, and later a reference to her voice work as an AI chatbot would absolutely be enough to win a lawsuit.

Notice how OpenAI took the cease and decist in stride, and rolled back the use of the voice? That's evidence that corporate lawyers see no legitimate win if they fight it.
