I have been working in DevOps fields for 5 years now, and want to shift my career to Gen AI and Machine learning side. This field genuinely interests me, and I have been doing some projects in the side for a while, and good with theoretical concepts. But, my lack of experience in the field Professionally does not meet the basic requirements of 4-7 years experience in the field. I don't match many of the companies' criteria because of this. I am confused and looking for tips.
