I wrote an entire post that I deleted by accident. I'll sum it up though.
You're downplaying just how significant young Korean men are miniature Andrew Tates. They were conditioned at times when they were still school children. This really doesn't have to do with a group of people who are struggling financially. I know why people like you want to push this narrative, but it's just simply not true.
You don't understand the major push back on feminism in Korea from young men. You don't understand that Korea is not unique in its financial woes, but is unique in its young men and young women cultural divide, something that's not seen in other highly misogynistic countries, like Japan. The Korean men and women divide is way more apparent in the younger age bracket, compared to older age brackets of who have worse financial conditions by needing to take care of kids and their older parents, something younger men don't. Korea's birth rate is also significantly lower than everyone else's, like Japan's.
