Have anyone ever thought about why AI is so bad adding text to images ?

I mean I was trying to make a advertising post and I asked the AI for an image that include electrical service, the company name and phone number, company name was Virginia Wired but AI was always showing me mistaken text like “VIIRGINIA” or “WERID” not even the phone number was right and I know that AI is not perfect but I feel like they do that on purpose, something is telling me that they don’t wanna kill Design people or they just lying to us and they’re not generating anything, just mixing some internet images and that’s the reason why they can not add text or phone numbers to the images that you ask them for and of course I’m paying the plus version so don’t even think about saying that maybe I’m not using the last version or I’m just cheap. Well that’s my concern, feel free to say anything, maybe I’m just stupid and I don’t know what I’m talking about
