Interesting theory I just read about the ETH ETF filings. The theory is The SEC was looking to avoid blunders that occurred with the Bitcoin ETF “hacked” Twitter account or early approval announcements outside of The SEC. So they were much less open this time around or delayed their requests for file submissions until much closer to the approval date.

Likely not true, but still interesting to theory nonetheless.
