An easy test is usually (but not always) if you're profiting from something.

Like if I downloaded all of your Reddit comments, put them in a book called "The Wisdom Of Ethroptur" which I then sold for $100 - you'd rightly be upset because I'd be profiting from your work, and you'd have grounds for a copyright lawsuit.

When you post something online, you still retain copyright and legal rights over that thing. Just because something is published into the world does not give up your rights over that thing.

This was a lesson that Napster had to learn the hard way, when it was sued into bankruptcy 23 years ago. Just because a song was released into the world didn't give anyone else the right to put a copy of that online and for other people to download it.

Same thing here with ScarJo's voice and YouTube videos. Just because you can listen to her voice and watch those videos, does not give you the right to take them and transform them into other works. Like, if OpenAI is charging users for access, they are selling content based on other content they scraped. Those original creators need to get paid.
