When I was buying my house I put my entire downpayment into the Betterment HYSA ( 5% or 5.5% with referral). I was able to withdraw all of it in one go via their website without any issues. I do not believe they have any limits on the amount you can withdraw at one time. They also put it in a sweep account so its FDIC insured for >2 million so its safe while its there.

It took roughly 2-3 business days for the money to hit my account when i went to withdraw it from Betterment.
