That's exactly what Israel is doing in the West Bank. They're using force and intimidation to force the Palestinians living there out of their homes and out of the area.

It's not really a conspiracy... The Israeli government is pretty open about it. Settlement is funded by the government, assisted and enforced by the military and has been policy in one form or another since 1967.
