The sale of our existing house will close on May 31. We own it free and clear and are downsizing. New home is under construction, and is likely to be completed sometime mid-July. I could just leave the proceeds from sale in escrow until we close on new house, but was wondering if there is some way to make a little interest off $750K rather than just let is sit in an escrow account. All the money market and HYSA products I have looked into have limits on transfers that won't work for me. Need to be able to transfer full amount in and out in one transaction each. Options?
