Anecdotally, my dad gets a conservatively-biased polling call every election cycle and he's never once changed his pro-abortion stance for those calls. The man hasn't voted for a Republican since Nixon (his first election, we all make mistakes) but so long as his registration says R, they call him. Then the callers will straight up argue with him about every level of abortion legalization possible to no avail and they argue with him every year. My dad's happy to take the time to dissent as loud as he can and it hasn't gotten him struck from the call list yet

It could be a fluke that he still gets contacted for such polls but I'm not convinced. Partisan polls still need to know what their expected voter base believes in and supports (even if the people in charge don't actually give a fuck)
