I'd personally like to see a bigger focus on explainability. It's one thing to look at a pathology image and label it healthy or disease. It's another to say "hey, see those cells that seem a little more rounded than they should? That's consistent with *X* mutation and positive response to *Y* therapy." That's the only way we move past academic exercises and into real clinical adoption.
