Hi all. I have run a regression in Stata on financial covenants contained in the loan contracts. My results are the following:

* Banks that have more assets have loan contracts with less strict financial covenants. * Banks that have more income have loan contracts with more strict financial covenants.

How can one explain the reasoning behind this?
