Berlin can't remove any of the Soviet monuments they built in Berlin for this reason, believe it or not. It was part of the contract for the USSR leaving Berlin. Sorry, I think we can bulldoze or alter them if we have Russia's permission, but obviously that won't happen.

I wouldn't be shocked if we were prevented from making monuments like the one I proposed, either. They're really touchy about what they did to German women (all Allies do, but the Red Army in particular is nasty about it) and get cagey about it, which is quite shameful considering that I can acknowledge cruel level of atrocities the Allies put German women through, and I'm a German Jew.

I've seen the death certificates, which, among many other "fun" things they did, seems like the Red Army in particularly liked to chase women on top floors of Berlin apartment buildings and watch them jump to escape them. Some of them are horrific, and they did it to Holocaust survivors, too.
