Sorry if I came off as brash. I've made a lion's share of absent minded mistakes with crypto myself. Losing money by your own hand is like getting kicked in the pants twice..
Robinhood is notoriously bad for retail so it doesn't surprise me they won't offer even the most basic of support. It took them what, a year? to enable withdraws after they 'supported' cryptocurrencies in the first place. I don't know how it's legal for them to knowingly hold onto others property with zero recourse to the owner, but they're in bed with big money so common rules seem to not apply to them. :/
I highly recommend using crypto-native CEXs whenever dealing with cryptocurrencies. Kraken has the best support, Coinbase has mediocre support but a better user experience. Whichever is most regulated in your country if not the US, so in case shit hits the fan you have some recourse. Robinhood basically only exists for hedge funds to front run you, a so-called PFOF exchange.
