It's funny how everyone forgets about [Mike Pence's classified documents](https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/doj-closes-pence-classified-documents-investigation-no-charges-rcna87396). Why isn't Pence in jail? Turns out there's a world of difference between Biden/Pence's situation and Trump's. And that difference is both Biden and Pence, actively worked with the FBI to return the documents. Trump actively lied to the FBI and withheld those documents.

I'm not going to bother responding to the rest of your post because it is just a rant against democratic controlled states and their policy choices. Since you disagree with those policy choices, that's the equivalent to trying to overthrow democracy and ending the rule of law. But you know...both sides.
