The challenges I would put to that are as follows....

Fertility rates aren't stabilizing. They are trending lower and lower. South Korea might be extreme but every year it looks more and more like they are just ahead of the curve. If that stays the course its destined to create an issue for your schematic.

Not everyone has kids and in the case of the US, the UK and much of Europe that's the specific problem. Your schematic is built on pretty much everyone having at least one kid....that's not happening. If you look only at mothers in say the US (UK and Europe will be similar) they have on average 2.4 kids. There is a large swathe of women and by extension men that simply never have kids at all, that's what's driving down fertility. There is a solid 20% or so of the population already not purchasing that layout. Now.....if you can get them to you will solve the fertility collapse
