Ok, used 4o extensively. It answers. It likes producing wall of text. But it answers like "the wrong question". It lacks guessing what I really didn't understood, which 4 seems to had as it's super ability. And it needs much more guidance about what answer should contain, what it should not contain and so on. Me being non native English speaker doesn't help either. Did and experiment:

`let's play a game. For every question, you will tell me how you understood the question. And then, if I say "correct", then you answer the question. Only then. But if I say "wrong", I will correct you, and you will do this game again. You will again explain to me how you understood my question. Now, let's start.`

This way it repeated my question and was much more specific when answering, and I liked answers more. But as you see, it is much more time consuming. So there is intelligence, it just needs some special sauce to dig it. But at least it doesn't do stubs in code :D
