The problem is that Donald probably thinks his testimony would be limited to only the things **he** wants to talk about. And I'm sure his lawyers have told him that's not how it works - that the prosecution can ask about anything already brought up in trial and it's fair game, *especially* if he's denying things that have already been stipulated or testified to by other witnesses. "Well just OBJECT then!" If - and that's a big if - he does get up on the stand, I'm certain that he'll refuse to answer certain questions from the prosecution and his lawyers will object on the grounds of "His absolute immunity case is still pending! He can't answer that until it's decided!". And if he does, the **only** correct response from the Judge is to have his entire testimony thrown out. Witnesses either answer everything, or nothing. They don't get to cherry pick testimony.
