Why don't you think this is a big problem/challenge?

On the extreme end south korea is going to see ~14.5million people aged 45 to 65 age in to 65+ and flee the labor pool. At the same time ~7million South Koreans currently aged 0 to 20 will enter the labor force. Doesn't it seem challenging to balance 14.5 million retirees on the backs of less than half that in new taxpayers? Personally I think things look kind bleak for anyone approaching old age with a state dependency.
