Put $1.3 Million in 10 days before, the 1% promotion. Dealt with customer service on trying to get that grandfathered in it was declined. Horrible service I wouldn't put any money in Robinhood at all.
My immediate family has over $50 million net, and $10 million liquid short-term treasury/cash which was ready to be transferred in after seeing how they handled the $1.3Million and my issue.
They have lost my faith in conducting business for their customer. They won't be getting a penny more. On top of that I'm investigating where to transfer the 1.3M out.
Did not feel valued there at all.
The whole point of the 1% match is to bring in high net worth customers and start a positive relationship experience, they have failed.
Stay clear of Robinhood.
