Better language models that spit out better structured results, yes - THAT is something you have to "prepare" for, by using those tools and figuring out how to leverage them at your job. Some (many) jobs are literally just sumarizing or interpreting stuff - those will go away, so if that's yours, you can "prepare" by doing something with more value or different in some way. That's what I'd suggest "preparing" for anyway.
