Yep, there's about a half dozen(probably more) hardened COG facilities around the country to act as bunkers and communication relays. The Biltmore in NC was at one time part of the plans but nothing really came of that, and a small resort in Georgia was supposed to be where the SCOTUS would reside. It seems as though the mindset within the government became that it would be easier to extend the line of succession than to harden facilties.
