Nope. The Supreme Leader is the leader of the country. He is the highest political and religious authority in the country. It's not a full dictatorship, but pretty close to being a dictatorship. The Leader can not be challenged, and what ever they rule is final. The appointment is for life.

In theory, the people do have a say in who is the Supreme Leader, via the Assembly of Experts. The Assembly is elected with members serving 8 year terms. The Assembly appoints the Supreme Leader, and technically has the power to remove him. In practice, The Supreme Leader just anoints their successor and the assembly goes along with it. Since the Leader, and their decrees can't be challenged, and they are also in charge of the military, going against the wishes of the Supreme Leader would almost certainly lead to being removed from power, stripped of assets, imprisoned and tortured.
