I wonder what you all think about the future of the financial sector with growing credit card debt, rates going up, some banks collapsing last year (some unrelated).

From market fundamentals (p/e & p/b) the financial sector looks cheaper than other sectors (ie: tech) but it makes me think is this am opportunity as an investor because of cheap valuations or is the market pricing in risk in this sector.
