Oh I don't think civics tests are racist. I don't think requiring id to vote is racist either. But people want everyone to think those things are racist.

The algorithm would have to he given clearly defined weights for every metric that we can track a president by. And some metrics can't be tracked until years after a president is out of office. IE anything requiring a census. My other issue is a system like this actively encourages people to vote every other year to not be penalized. (Yes I know thats not how the math works, but it is how people work)

While it technically is possible to create this system and even make it "fair", I do feel it gets a bit too close to the Chinese system of social credit.
