I don't typically comment anything on reddit but saw this and decided to make an account to quite literally comment on this and hopefully prevent someone from getting their money stuck for an indefinite period of time or lost. I knew the company intimately and without giving away who I am that is all I'll say, I'm sure you can read between those lines. Look deeper into their non performing loans vs their overall book of business (the amount they currently have is in the tens of millions) they regularly pushed foreclosure auctions specifically in the Boston area without capturing any funds for their investors. In addition, their money is tied up in Synapse which filed bankruptcy and then Evolve froze all their depositor accounts so I'll leave it up to you to decide the stability of the company based on that information.
