Hey guys

I was wondering, if you think that we will ever be able to **actually pay** in normal businesses with Ethereum through one of the L2 scaling options?

I use my ETH mostly for DeFi & it already makes sense to use certain financial services like borrowing & lending but I'd love to see more real world payment options powered by ETH.

In my opinion, BTC trends more towards the store of value camp and maybe a low frequency payment method (to buy a house for example) but not as an everyday payment method.

I was wondering if you think that L2s could ever fulfill the role of payment method to buy let's say a bottle of wine?
