To me,that says that the documents aren't problematic, but the corroborating witness is. That is different to me than problem documents. I don't think that the documents are strong enough to win the case (hence Cohen's participation), but again, I consider that different than being problematic. What was potentially problematic to me is how it was revealed during Cohen's cross examinations that he studied the documents prior to the case to have a better grasp of the specific days/times of the events being discussed. But IANAL, so perhaps there's a law specific meaning to problematic that I'm failing to grasp. I have no expectations for meaningful results from this trial, despite my wishes.
