It’s not like those first 100mil or 1bn dollars in BTC stay at the lower rate. As soon as the funds hit their target they adjust the management fee to whatever there actually rate is.

The only thing that should matter to these funds is which has the lowest carry cost and risk diversification. So if all of them hold the same custody risk then you should just be in the lowest fee fund.
